Barry is an RPEQ qualified senior engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Edinburgh seventeen years experience in consulting engineering and management which has involved working for private sector clients as well as local and state government, providing geotechnical investigation and full project cycle structural engineering design, documentation and construction supervision.

Barry has experience in reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, foundation and retaining wall design, structural and light gauge steel, reinforced masonry, aluminium, FRP and timber, as well as structural assessment, inspection and remedial design.
